Pacuare River Rafting Class III-IV Early departure with a stop for breakfast on the way. Once at the river, your guides will load your gear into dry bags, prepare the equipment and give you complete safety and paddle instructions. The Class III rapids welcome you to the Pacuare gorge as you raft deep in the heart of primary forest. Picnic Lunch served and prepared by the guide on a riverbank. Upon your arrival at the Lodge spend your afternoon relaxing, hiking or soaking in our waterfall and pools. This Cabecar Indian style lodge will offers you all the comfort you need. Pacuare River rafting -Class III-IV After a hearty breakfast and loading the rafts, you will prepare to paddle down the Pacuare gorge past gushing waterfalls, serene pools and pounding rapids. An adrenaline packed afternoon running many rapids will have you cheering ecstatically. Hot lunch provide at the end of the tour, where also you can find showers, changing rooms, cold and hot drinks and snacks. Return to San Jose. Overnight in San Jose Selected Hotel. (B,L) |

| Tour Package - DAY 4 | |
|
After breakfast Shuttle transfer from San Jose to Monteverde. Check in at the hotel. Early afternoon pick up for your Selvatura Park Canopy Tour. Upon arrival our guides will give you all safety instructions and put on the appropriate equipment; then they will take you through each of the 15 cables and 18 platforms and optionally through our very own Tarzan Swing. This is one of the longest and safest Canopy Tours in Costa Rica; it is located within an actual virgin cloud forest of Monteverde. Overnight in Monteverde Selected Hotel (B) |

| Tour Package - DAY 5 | |

Full day adventure: Horseback riding; ATV; Hanging bridges Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning pick up for your great adventure in Monteverde: horseback riding in a private reserve, running your ATV through special trails and walking through the Hanging Bridges NOTE: The first circuit is a practice to get used to the ATV and terrain irregularities. | Tour Package - DAY 6 | |

Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning transfer to Arenal area, via Arenal Lake. This is a transfer in a unique manner, which allows a great enjoyment of nature. You will depart from Monteverde by land, and then upon arrival at Arenal Lake, you will embark for a 30 minutes journey across the lake. You will enjoy the panoramic view and be able to glimpse some small islands. Once we get to the other side of the lake, an awaiting vehicle will take you to your hotel in Arenal. This afternoon we will take to the volcano for some hike, our guide will lead you only to safety areas, according with weather conditions; it can be an easy stroll or a good exercise, depending on your physical level. After this, we will go directly to Tabacon Hot Springs, where you can enjoy a healthy and relaxing time in the hot mineral waters. You will enjoy the far away view of the volcano. | Day 7- Morning | |
|
Breakfast included at the hotel.-This morning you will enjoy a Kayak Tour in Arenal Lake. This experience will give you a chance to cross the mystic waters of Arenal, the largest and most breathtaking lake, while enjoying a spectacular view of the powerful volcano, still active with lava spewing from its peaks. You will embark in first class touring kayaks and enjoy a day paddling in the lake calm waters while the beauty and energy of this amazing volcano penetrates your soul. Recommendations: Wear rubber-soled shoes that can get wet (tennis shoes or similar), Swimwear; t-shirt and shorts of a quick-drying material, Waterproof sunscreen lotion (SPF 15 or higher), Sun hat or bandana Croakies or straps to secure glasses, Towel, Complete change of clothing including shoes.-Back to your hotel. |

| Day 7-Afternoon | |
|
Early Afternoon pick up for your spectacular experience of Pure Trek Rappel Your trip begins with a 30-minute 4x4 drive into the tropical rain forest, in the shadow of the Arenal Volcano. We will trek through the forest on magical trails that lead to some spectacular waterfalls. Along the way we will have the chance to discover the secrets that lie hidden deep within the canyon. From the first waterfall we will rappel down into the beautiful and pristine canyon below. We have 5 rappels, 4 of which are along side or right in waterfalls, and one dry rock face. Then a short trek out of the canyon on a magical trail, jump back in the 4x4 vehicles and head back to the base camp. Recommendations: Fast drying clothing (surf shorts, outdoor hiking type synthetic clothes), Adventure sandals, tennis shoes, or light hiking boots, Change of Clothes. -Back to your hotel.
